We really hope that you won’t need to return your Runbo device, however if you do please contact our customer support 0333 999 2748 for assistance, if you do decide to return your Runbo device because it’s not for you or you changed your mind, there will be a restocking fee of 20%, if your item is faulty in any way you will be entitled to a replacement device.
